DSES Project Solutions – funding unlocks success

It has been a truly entrepreneurial journey for David Swartz.
There’s no stopping DSES from thriving since the Engen Convoy Fund, managed by Edge Action, funded and provided them with mentorship and post-funding development.

DSES owner David Swartz has shared that his entrepreneurial journey to establish and expand the business has been challenging. However, since becoming an Engen Convoy Fund beneficiary, the engineering services business is set to grow and expects to be employing 250 people before 2020!

The business needed to expand their services in order to grow but David was unable to get the funding needed to do so. Enter the Engen Convoy Fund, an ESD fund managed by Edge Action: DSES was provided the opportunity to become a beneficiary and received financial and business development support. Edge Growth worked closely with DSES and provided them with post-funding development and mentorship that has enabled David Swartz Engineering Solutions to scale and thrive.

“Thanks to Engen trusting us when we first started out and, with their growing backing, we will in all likelihood be employing 250 people before 2020”, says David.
