    Chief Executive Officer, Edge Growth Executive Director, Edge Board In his role as CEO of Edge Growth, Daniel leads the business in achieving its purpose of “Building a brighter future, by growing businesses for impact”, where 10 years later, 100s of the SMEs that Edge has supported have doubled their revenue and now create over 1000 net jobs per year. He has been involved in Enterprise Development and Impact investing across the entire value chain – from developing and implementing strategies for corporates, raising capital and setting up the first ESD funds, to hands-on investing and supporting SMEs on their growth journeys. .

    Chairperson of the Board and Non-Executive Director, Edge Growth Co-founder and Director, The HR Touch Maggie is also chairperson for a number of boards and committees and is a change management strategist who steers transformation direction for some of South Africa’s leading blue-chip brands. She brings with her more than 20 years of Human Resources Management in Executive positions across different industries. She is involved in various professional bodies in her field of HR and is a regular speaker and facilitator of different forums both locally and internationally on best practices and strategies ranging from business, marriages and community topics.

As one of Edge Growth’s first clients, she brings with her client insights and a number of market opportunities. She has worked for leading multinationals across both the mining and FMCG industries including BHP Billiton, Unilever and SAB (Pty) Ltd. Her more than 20 years of work experience specialises in Human Resources and Corporate Affairs with emphasis on Corporate Reputation Management.
