    Daniel aspires to lead the business in achieving its vision of 5x500x5; which translates to creating at least 5 jobs in 500 businesses in 5 years. He frequently attends guest speaking opportunities and contributes to a number of leading magazines and newspaper publications as part of a mission to spread his learnings and best practice in the Enterprise and Supply Development (ESD) space. Since co-founding Edge Growth in 2007, he has successfully structured, raised capital and set up four ESD funds for companies and associations.

    Dinao Dinao is a CFA Charterholder with more than 15 years’ experience in investment banking and consulting. She has extensive experience in commercial and strategic consulting on Public-Private-Partnerships as well as strategic initiatives in Enterprise Development.

    Jason is responsible for developing business models to find, fund and grow high growth businesses. has more than 10 years’ experience working with high growth entrepreneurial businesses. Since co-founding Edge in 2007, Jason has worked with several of the world’s largest firms to develop strategies for growing local enterprises and suppliers. Jason currently heads up Vumela, an ESD fund that Edge manages in alliance with FirstRand. He is also head of 10XE, which is an entrepreneurial programme for fast growing businesses.

    Jayesh is part of a team that is responsible for setting and driving company strategy. In addition, he also focuses on ways to achieve company profitability while identifying and addressing issues relating to company culture and transformation. Jayesh brings 20 years’ experience in senior management positions where he has worked in education and management consulting for a number of local and international strategy, financial services and economic development consulting firms.

    Maggie is also chairperson for a number of boards and committees and is a change management strategist who steers transformation direction for some of South Africa’s leading blue-chip brands. She brings with her more than 20 years of Human Resources Management in Executive positions across different industries. She is involved in various professional bodies in her field of HR and is a regular speaker and facilitator of different forums both locally and internationally on best practices and strategies ranging from business, marriages and community topics.

He uses his background in Corporate Supply Chain, SME Funding, SME Business owner, and Management Consulting to help Entrepreneurs build and grow sustainable businesses.

    One of the first Non-Executive Directors of Edge Growth, Tshidi has been with the company since the beginning. As one of Edge Growth’s first clients, she brings with her client insights and a number of market opportunities. She has worked for leading multinationals across both the mining and FMCG industries including BHP Billiton, Unilever and SAB (Pty) Ltd. Her 19 years of work experience specialises in Human Resources and Corporate Affairs with emphasis on Corporate Reputation Management.
