The elements below outline further criteria that we look for in potential investments; if your company meets the majority of these criteria it is likely that we are the right partners for you.

• Do you have a net profit of less than R10M?
• Do you require between R2M and R15M to finance your growth?
• Are you willing to consider equity financing?
• Is there a clear pathway to attractive profit margins and cash generation within 2 – 3 years of investment?

• Is your company operating in South Africa?
Edge Growth invests in strong or high potential teams capable of driving the business opportunity
• Is your management team strong, do they have relevant experience and track record in the field in which you are operating in?
• OR does your management team have the potential, with the right support to be able to drive the business
• Has your product been tested and is ready for the market? I.e. does not require further Research & Development
• Are South Africans already paying money for a similar product / service?
- BEE Transformed or desire to be BEE Transformed Company
• Is your company committed to embracing the spirit of the BEE codes and willing to become meaningfully transformed?
- Stable, predictable and supportive regulatory environment
• Does your company operate in an environment where there is regulatory risk that may prohibit the growth and success of your business?
